As far as the GMOs go, I would imagine that any GMO (farm) fields would have to be totally SCORCHED, and then the soil rebuilt. Unless the Russians have a better way to ensure that there are NO GMO seeds left behind, in farm fields.

Yeah it will take a long time but not being able to ship them in large ship loads would not be a bad thing.
